Orton holds the record for the third-most world championship reigns in the history of WWE, with a career spanning more than 20 years. The third-generation wrestler has a brief history in the wrestling business. He was trained and performed in the Southern Illinois Conference Wrestling and the Mid-Missouri Wrestling Association before WWE. After signing with the WWE, Orton was assigned to Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). He won the OVW Hardcore Title (two times) in that promotion. Randy Orton came out as the winner of the Money in the Bank in 2013 and won the Royal Rumble in 2009 and 2017. Orton is the 10th Grand Slam Champion and 17th Triple Crown Champion in WWE. Orton started his amateur career while he was a student at Hazelwood Central High School. He was recruited into the Marines (USMC) following his graduation.
